Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Carrier and rates

Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $12.00 per order, no matter how much you buy. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 1–3 business days after it ships. USPS delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Free local pickup in Great Bend Area

Choose "Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order for free at 2922 16th Street, Great Bend, KS 67530. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it hasn't moved for several days, email rebecca@nothingfancysoap.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
